These Terms govern your use of the Be Your Future Self website and any free resources, challenges, events, communities or booking facilities made available through it.
By accessing the website, registering for an event or challenge, downloading a resource or booking a conversation, you agree to these Terms.
If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the website or participate in the relevant service.
2. Age Requirement
Our coaching, business-development and personal-development services are intended for adults.
You must be at least 18 years old to register for our coaching services, strategy conversations or paid programmes unless we expressly agree otherwise in writing.
3. Think Bigger Challenge
The Think Bigger — 3-Day Future Self Challenge is a live personal-development experience.
Unless otherwise stated:
- registration is free
- sessions take place live online
- sessions may not be recorded
- attendance at all sessions is encouraged but cannot be guaranteed
- session dates, times or delivery details may occasionally need to change
- access information may be provided by email and/or through the associated WhatsApp community
- participant workbooks and other resources may be provided electronically
We will make reasonable efforts to communicate important changes to registered participants.
4. Educational and Coaching Nature of the Content
The content provided through Be Your Future Self, Think Bigger, coaching conversations, workshops, workbooks, websites, emails and communities is intended for educational, personal-development and coaching purposes.
It is not:
- medical advice
- psychological or psychiatric treatment
- legal advice
- regulated financial advice
- investment advice
- tax advice
You are responsible for deciding whether and how to apply anything discussed or taught.
Where appropriate, you should seek advice from a suitably qualified professional.
5. No Guarantee of Results
We may discuss topics including:
- goals
- business growth
- income
- entrepreneurship
- mindset
- identity
- habits
- confidence
- decision-making
- AI
- productivity
- personal development
Examples, goals, case studies, business figures or aspirational language are not guarantees of future performance.
We do not guarantee that participation in a challenge, programme, call or community will produce a particular financial, business, career or personal result.
Your results depend on many factors, including your own decisions, actions, circumstances, skills and consistency.
References to terms such as “7 Figure Entrepreneur”, financial targets or ambitious business goals are aspirational and educational. They do not represent a promise that any participant will achieve a particular level of income or revenue.
6. Future Self Strategy Conversations
You may be invited to book a Future Self Strategy Conversation or another introductory conversation.
During such a conversation, we may discuss:
- your goals
- where you are currently
- challenges or patterns you have identified
- actions you may consider
- support or environments that may be helpful
- whether one of our programmes or services may be appropriate
Booking a conversation does not oblige you to purchase anything.
We may recommend one of our services where we believe it may be relevant, but we do not guarantee that any particular programme will be offered to you.
7. Paid Programmes and Services
Some services, coaching arrangements, events or programmes offered by Be Your Future Self may require payment.
Specific information such as:
- price
- programme duration
- what is included
- payment arrangements
- cancellation terms
- refund terms
will be provided at or before the point of purchase.
Where separate programme, event or purchase terms are provided, those specific terms will apply in addition to these website Terms.
Nothing in these Terms affects any mandatory rights you may have under applicable UK consumer law.
8. Digital Resources and Workbooks
We may provide workbooks, PDFs, videos, recordings, templates, worksheets or other digital materials.
Unless we expressly state otherwise, these resources are provided for your personal use only.

- complete exercises contained in them

10. WhatsApp and Community Participation
Some challenges, programmes or events may include access to a WhatsApp group or another online community.
Participation is optional.
By joining a group, you understand that other participants may be able to see information associated with your account, including your telephone number, profile name and profile image, depending on the platform and your privacy settings.
Community members must not:
- advertise or promote unrelated products or services
- recruit members into other businesses or programmes without permission
- send unsolicited sales messages to other members
- harass, intimidate or abuse other participants
- publish another participant's private information
- copy or redistribute another participant's personal story without permission
- use the community for unlawful purposes
We may remove members who repeatedly or seriously breach community rules.
11. Your Responsibility for What You Share
Personal-development exercises may invite reflection on goals, beliefs, circumstances or experiences.
You decide what you wish to disclose.
You are never required to share private or sensitive information publicly in order to participate.
When using a group environment, please assume that anything you post may be seen by other group members.
12. Third-Party Services
Our website and communications may contain links to third-party platforms and services including, for example:
- Google Drive
- Google Calendar
- Kit
- social media platforms
- booking services
- payment providers
These services are operated independently of Be Your Future Self.
Your use of those services is also subject to their own terms, privacy policies and availability.

Participation in a challenge, call or coaching activity does not create a fiduciary, medical, legal, employment or financial-advisory relationship between you and Be Your Future Self.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would be unlawful, including liability for:
- death or personal injury caused by negligence
- fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation
- any other liability that cannot legally be excluded
Subject to the above, we are not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising solely from your reliance on educational or coaching content or from circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Where you are a consumer, your statutory rights remain unaffected.
